  2. The airport is quite a while out from the city centre, but at the airport there is a free mini shuttle runner monorail thing linking the airport and 'Birmingham International' train station. If you get this shuttle to the train station, then catch a train from International to Birmingham New Street (Which will take 10mins or so). Birmingham New Street is right in the City Centre

In regards to getting to the fest from Brum...Its going to take you 1 hour and a half..without traffic...so with traffic, and it will be chokka....its going to take alot longer

  3. After all of the waiting, that announcement is poor, Will Young and Lemar?!

    Mystery Jets

    Sunshine Underground

    Phoenix

    Ladyhawke

    Noisettes

    Red Light Company

    Calvin Harris

    2Many DJs

    YES

    The rest...absolutely shocking

  4. ooo nice thread!!

I'll contribute by recommending a couple of lesser known bands and a track...

The Thirst - Ready To Move

Little Thief - Average Friday Night

Cats and Cats and Cats - Lolas Theme

    oo oo and

    Pull In Emergency - Follow

Also check out a band called 'Our Fold'...they're amazing

  5. I'm not sure if there are any coaches going from Birmingham to V fest, but i know for a fact there are coaches going from Wolverhampton to the fest.

Wolverhampton is a 20 minute train ride from Birmingham, or you can get the bus to Wolverhampton from Birmingham, which takes about an hour
