What is the situation with fire wood at glasto I know that you can buy bags of firewood at leeds , v dont trust you with sharp impements (never again)
Does any one know what the situation is at glasto as there is nothing better that chilling out with a few tinnys around the fire with your mates after a great day listening to tunes
Also at Leeds they did a warm for cold beer exchange is this the same at worthy farm.

Just listen to jerad leto being interviewed on Jo wiley he was talking about how much he would love to play glasto, saying that he was also talking about the rain in lousiana being hot and pink , must have been off his face at the time
Anyone know if his band 30 seconds to mars are any good , Zane Lowe was raving about the the other week but he raves about any band.

I love my festivals and yes I am a self confirmed u2 freak I have seen them live 5 times , people have got to remeber one thing , u2 come into their own when they play to huge audiances nobody does it better. I know Bono can bet a tit who goes on about saving the world and watching your carbon footprint as he flys around the world in his private jet, but no one can doubt he is a world class front man
I have seen some bands in my time some have been great and some have been awful ( yes Im looking at you the red hot chilli peppers , leeds festival 07 ) . So for all of you u2 haters wait and see the judge them after you have experiance them live.

Caught them live on sunday at liverpool uni, hope they play next year as they were great live only downside was the size of the set only played for 45 minutes. Oh well you cant have everything
a mention in dispatches should also go to Genral Fiasco support for the evening top band if you get a chance go and see them

Dark nights I wish it was summertime and festivals were back with us , standing their smashed off your face watching your favorite bands with your mates , instead im stuck in work freezing my nuts off & watching it get dark at 3 in the afternoon.
on a brighter note I do have the enemy to go and see this sunday

Saw them at R&L a few years back didnt know that much about them , they blew me away as a live band , I think they were on before the chilli peppers and they knocked them into a cocked hat, so yeah bring the arcade fire back to pilton for 2010

Hopefully I will be going to glasonbury this year , been to V and Leeds a few times thought I would give the big one a go next year . what is the best time to arrive and field to camp in , any other suggestions would be gratefully recieved.

I think the shame of the proposed headliners is too much for them.
Seriously, I cant think of a worst year for headliners if this is true. Id get more rock from the Bournemouth Folk Festival

Here we are just a few hours away from the ticket sales and we have only one band confirmation , surely on previous years the bands have been leaked before now

Talking with friends last night a few are talking about not going due to a lack of decent bands in this years rumoured line up hoping for a gogol bordello to liven things up mid saturday afternoon
If its true about whats being said it will be a poor line up

What about the Verve, nobody seems to have mentioned them despite the fact they did every big UK festie except Reading and Leeds. Granted, they seem to have disappeared again but who knows??

I made a schooboy error in going to V last year instead of leeds ,OMG I will not make that mistake again ( even though I made that choice whilst trying to curry favour with a young lady).
