I say this every year knowing that there is no hope; But if Tangerine Dream were to play Glastonbury I would literally melt with happiness.

You are right, but if it doesn't I think a headline spot on the Pyramid would be a must

I had never thought of this before, but could OMD do it? OK - maybe not the legends slot (legends may be stretching it) but we could get them on somewhere I think.
I went to see them last night and they far surpassed my expectations. I'd forgetten how many good tunes they had, and they have really great energy live.
They even have Glastonbury appropriate songs about nuclear bombs and alternative sources of power!
....or does no-one else remember them?

Peter Gabriel for me please.
Wouldnt mind seeing Daevid Allen and Gong one more time too. He's a very spritely 72 and shows no sign of laying his guitar down yet, but when I saw him a month or so ago, you couldnt help thinking this may not last much longer, even more so for Gilli Smyth who is 77.

Peter Gabriel = Appeared at the festival in 1979 and 1994, I would love to see him at the 2011 festival.

Their performance of Terry Reilly's "In C" was brilliant.
Look forward to seeing them again.
I presume Ade Utley and Mr Squarepusher still for part of the group?
