  1. Quite surprised that they haven't at least put some sort of announcement out, to show the re jigging that's been done. I'm gonna assume that the printed programme for Friday will not have the most up to date info, but what about those who have already left or are leaving pretty soon?

Sorry but does it really matter if one act isn't on the programme? Reading through this thread im amazed how angry some people (not yourself) are about it not being announced.  People need to enjoy themselves more than worrying about one act over the whole weekend

  2. Not going, due to birth of me and my wife's first baby last January.  This will be the first one ive missed since 2004 and will be kept very busy all weekend by the baby.  Not sure if i can watch any of the footage over the weekend as could be too painful!!!

  3. Have worked on the recycling crew for the last 3 years, I would never even think about getting a normal ticket now much prefer to work for my ticket.

Plus sides are a free ticket (providign all shifts are done) secure camping, 2 free meals per day, free tea and coffee and for me the biggest advantage is beating the traffice and arriving on site on the Saturday.

Previous years have worked Friday to Monday morning 6.00am to midday, love that shift as dont miss anything of the festival

Only negative side for me if the camping area being to the far north of the site thus being quite a trek from the Park area

  4. Contact glastonbury office before you go, they will either send you or you can collect a pass that will let you stand/sit on the disabled platforms as well as being able to use the toilets on them rather than having to hop miles away to go

  5. Camped there the last 6 years and never had a problem, get the early enough so not to camp right at the bottom and you will be fine, spend most of my time around jp, other stage and park so it's perfect for me. Wake up in the morning and just stumble across onto the other stage

  6. Will be on site (first year working) nice camping spot, pretty mashed, with a big smile on my face knowing I won't be stuck in traffic/queuing for hours to get in on the Wednesday morning

  7. Keep reading on here that their 2007 Glastonbury gig was pretty bad, have to disagree with that! Was my first glasto and thought they were amazing, loads of energy, wicked set list with a few suprises (dizze and diamonds are forever), can't wait to see them this year
