I've not been since 2015 but I felt like it was much busier than previously. I hardly went to any of the busier stages either. I think our whole group felt like it was busier all of the time. Who knows

Heard this on Twitter earlier
At 4.20 Michael Eavis says he thinks Neil young is back next year.

Shave your ass hole today before you leave - makes wiping a lot quicker so saves toilet paper and time spent in the longdrops.
Lakey sharing the sort of pro tip people would never have shared before the internet existed ?

You lost 6st since last year?!?!?
Fair shout
My picture is so old. I was sure I updated it this year, but alas it is super old.
Losing 6 stone is easy. Stop eating meat and become a postman ?

I look nothing like my pic. I'm about 6 st heavier in it than I am now. Had long hair now, short with grey becoming prominent.
Take ID with the address your ticket is linked to

Bit of a thread highjack so I apologise, but if I'm aiming to go over towards a or d car park, what is the best location to put in the sat nav?

She is quality. Saw her in a tent a few years ago in Belgium, awesome. Not a fan of the other stage so a bit sour she is playing there. Regardless, I shall be watching!

I find making this list via Clashfinder is a bit of a faff (because you have to trawl through all the stage line ups, rather than just a list of artists)
Ctrl + f then type the artist name. That way you can also cycle through their slots if they have more than 1

I reckon you have to budget a fiver a pint. Would be disappointed if it goes over that, mind I've not been to the past few years so maybe they are already that high

Not fair to say that with some certainty, latest models are showing dry and sunny but not too hot (20c)- gav's video was based on the previous days modelling. So basically it's still uncertain! But trending in a nicer direction- hopefully it stays this way
I'm not a weatherman but that seems to be the trend doesnt it? So it's likely to be hot and humid but we cant be certain how much rain is going to be mixed into that?
Never paid attention to the weather forecasts in this detail before so I'm a proper novice haha

Temps have been significantly downgraded since the charts Gav's video was based on. It's changed a bit.
Boooooo! Still warm though I presume?

Just watched gavs most recent video on the bus to London.
Fair to say we can now say with some certainty it's going to be hot, humid, probably cloudy with some heavy downpours and storms. I'm happy with that

Tell seetickets you never received them, when they say you signed say show me my signature then claim the squiggle isn’t yours. Downside might be shifting blame on your postie and they then get a telling off and hate you.
go down to site with all documents receipts proof of purchase bank statements etc and cry and refuse to leave until they let you in. If it doesn’t work walk to next pedestrian gate and try again and repeat until you have circled the site at least twice.
buy a twix
As a postman, firstly, f u.
Secondly, the scanners have gps. They can show it was scanned and signed for on your doorstep. So they would also say fu
Also, you wouldnt get told off for signing a special delivery and it being lost, you would get sacked. Nice one ?

This happened to a friend a few years ago. Long story short he ended up somehow speaking on the phone to the festivals director of ticketing or some such title. He basically said he probably wouldnt be able to help, but that my friend could come to the ticket office on the day the festival opened and you never know.
My mate ended up starting a row with this director and swore at him and slammed the phone down, on the director! Madness. The director called back to tell him how much of an idiot he was. My mate went on the weds morning and the ticket office refused to deal with him. He drove back home after walking the entire perimeter of the wall, looking for a way in. That year there were first hand stories on here about how the ticket office had let people in who had lost tickets. I honestly believe it was because of his attitude on the phone why they were not at least attempting to help him, even of they wouldnt have been able to.
My advice is to try and contact the festival. They are very good at responding despite how large it is and how many of these messages they must get. I'd also risk going on the weds afternoon (once it calms down a bit) and going to to ticket office. They probably get a lot of people saying the tickets were lost, so to help show them you're genuine take as much proof as you can. Bank statements showing the payments for tickets, confirmation emails, royal mail tracking numbers, identification proving your address, a utility bill proving your address etc. You never know, it's worked for people before.
Good luck!
