  1. Hi all, went back to Latitude last year for the first time in a long time... it was great, really enjoyed, but it is sooooo expensive! This year, we would  love to do just a day (Friday, to see Pulp!), but I am not clear on the ticket options - site only has child and adult for day tickets. Is there no accompanied teen option for day tickets? Kids are 13 and 15...

    Thanks!

  2. Clashfinder website seems to be down, anyone else got the same?

Well done to all for updating it, deffo good to have in addition to app/as a backup, even if it is not 100% accurate!

Comedy arena updated to reflect the information on the app. It's obviously wrong on all three days at 11am, but I can't make up the times so unless they're corrected on the app that's how it will have to stay. Set lengths are just a guess. There seems to be a big gap on Sunday afternoon, but maybe the comedy store spot could be a couple of hours.

Wahey!! Well done, that is fantastic!!

I've just spent a couple of hours updating it. I haven't put any comedy on, or cookery nonsense, but most if not all of the music should be correct now. I've changed the print advisory to 3, seems about right.

Good stuff! Looks much better now... would be good to have the Comedy on, I might try to work out how to add if I have time...

Just nice to have some paper copies to take in case the app doesn't work for whatever reason, so this is great!

Yeah, I need to get round to updating it. I'll be able to do it tonight. I was waiting to see if they were going to update it, as most acts are somewhat incorrect.

Here there's three acts listed at the same time under the Comedy Arena, which is obviously incorrect as you can't have more than one act on at once. In the screenshot, the BBC Sounds has a clash as well, and they also need to account for changeover time with bands.

I'll be updating it later, and I'll assume they've at least got the starting time right, which seems sensible for all bar a few but oh well. I'll look at the previous year's changeover time for each stage and assume they're keeping the same amount of time this year.

It won't be perfect but it'll definitely be better than the app at the moment. Hopefully they get round to fixing during the next day or so. I have no idea how they haven't realised already, or how it got past any pre-launch checks. But if it gets updated too late e.g. during the festival, I won't be able to make any changes then.

Yeah, I noticed that in the app... have no idea, but we wondered if the minimum slot time the app could handle was 1 hour, whereas the comedy slots are mostly 30 mins? Whatever, I think your assumption that the start times are right is the best that can be done!

  6. @Miyn - any chance you will be further updating the clashfinder? While the app is OK, it would definitely be good to have a proper clashfinder to print! The setup now is a good start, but lots of stages to add... or are you not able to or are you not thinking the schedule we have at the moment is right?

  7. I guess they are only going through issuing them now. I think the blurb said definitely by 3 days before the event. I would say if they're not available by Monday, give them a call...

  8. Good reminder - I just checked again (checked a few days ago and it still said they weren't ready) and mine are ready, just printed them! They didn't email me, as Miyn said, you have to go into your Ticketmaster account to find them...

  9. Er... confused! The app does now have times when you just view by stage... I am sure these were not there yesterday. Wondering if these times are new or the same info that you were getting in some way that I wasn't before?! Sounds pretty poor that there were loads of mistakes, wondering if this has now made it better...

  10. The schedule in the app has no stage times, right? Do we expect that times will be published before we have to head to the fest on Thursday?

EDIT - soz, realised prior chat in this thread already sort of covered this... were they supposed to be released today?! Only an hour left... 🙃

  11. Wow. Good insight.

No, I think the whole thing is quite dodgy tbh. I mean, fair enough to offer the convenience, but refusing to take cash is wrong. Very wrong. I worry that a lot of people will just end up spending waaaaaay more than they mean to when it is just the flash of the card rather than paying from a stash of cash that you can monitor to see how much you have spent...

  12. OK... it really needs to work, as you can't take enough cash to cover for it not working really!!! I guess take some cash for emergency and cross fingers that it is OK...

    Thanks for sharing your experience!

  13. Hi all... we are returning to Latitude for the first time in 9 years (!!), now with kids aged 12 and 14.

Looking through the info on the official site, it says that all food and drink stalls are cashless only... which I guess means everything is card or mobile app payment only... is that definitely right?!

I guess it makes sense if it works, but having heard of issues at Glastonbury with cashless network not working, just wondering if anyone can confirm... was it cashless last year? Did it work? Is anyone taking cash just in case?!
