  1. Been to quite a few festivals, but always avoided Glasto because of the smugness of the people I had met who had been, but decided I should go and see the hype for myself this year. Going with 2 friends who's been to glasto once before and 2 friends who have never done a festival. Should be interesting.
  2. i actually im taking a very serious fitness regime for glasto,

this yr at glasto i was about 18 stone and i tell ya fat people like me, thighs rub and chaffing is the worst thing ever....walking around alot, sweating, rubs ya thighs and then u get salt from sweat in the abrasion, its really not nice, in fact it stopped me having fun a number of times this yr, too tired n in pain

got back from glasto thought "f**k it!!! im gonna do something about this"

next year i wanna be fit enough to go all day and night long dancing like a mad man (i know class A's can help but i wanna be able to do it n e way)

i went completly insane for fitness

im now 16 stone 4lb and i run almost every day and on good days ill run 5 miles

ill keep ya'll updated on how i do, but by this rate i could be a completely different person 2010 glasto and really take full advantage of it!

  3. hmm ive gone to everyone ince 2005 (first ever festival love and first sight) and ive never been bored but ive been curious if people DO get bored of it, i can imagine u might do after 11 yrs or so.

i dunno what im gonna do for 2011 to be quite frank.

im 2006 during that hietus (<spelling) i went to reading and really regretted it

  4. i didnt sleep last night, maybe is was cos i was thinking abot gettin tickets or juust bad luck, but at 7 am still laying in bed i thought f**k it, and got up, now ive realised im doing a 6 hour shift at the resturant from 10:30 ;)

  5. Hey all just thought I'd say how much fun I had last glasto and am looking forward to hopefully putting a deposit down for 2010 soon... Depending on if they ever announce t-day, every year I bring more people and this year should be huge for me and my friends

  6. i belive that there were a couple of crashes, one on the m5 which directed traffic through glastonbury way utter hell.

worst possible place on the worst possible day....

if im wrong please correct me but i think thats what i heard on bbc somerset

so i wouldnt worry too much about leaving earlier next yr, it was just a bad day

  7. im bringing alot of newbies this year i want it to be as uplifting an experience as it was for me in 05 when i first went

now i brought a newbie along with me to 07 and hes never come back...which is a shame but understandable if ur only memory of glasto is brown

as long as we have a glorious begining and a decent enough end they should come back right?
