Get em on twickets close to the day. They won't be reducing the price or giving these away anywhere

Thanks, although will twickets work? I thought tickets had to be in the APE app and you have to log in with the email used to purchase?

No covid as far as I know but since Tuesday afternoon I’ve been puking my guts up and can’t keep down any meal or even water.

So caught a nasty bug or food poisoning. Great.

    I've had this!

Was good fun on a 6 hour train home yesterday.

My girlfriend seemed to have Sunday night/Monday morning, however kt passed fairly quickly so fingers crossed the same (I am feeling more normal today after 10 hours sleep)

  3. One of my group got their ticket in resale with two other people, they have received an email saying they have 3 tickets coming their way!

Is this an error? No one in the group lives near each other and won't be going together

  4. Does anyone have any info on how well the Strokes day is selling? I'm trying to get a handle on the potential for reduced price tickets closer to the time- whether through various channels or simply the resale market.

I happen to be in London at the time and would be good to go if possible. When I used to live in Victoria Park yhere were all sorts of last minute deals..

I don't have this, but feature-wise it doesn't look any different to the (considerably cheaper) regular air mattresses you can buy from a supermarket. The upside of this type of mattress is the adjustability and physical comfort offered through having 6 inches or more of mattress. I sleep on my side, so I have always been wary of thin camping mats. The downside of this design is that it offers very little insulation from the cold ground, as opposed to most other alternatives. Foam mats, self-inflating mattresses or more advanced air mattresses which separate the air close to the body from the air close to the ground are all better in this respect. Using a blanket on top can help though. Also, you need to bring a pump, unlike with a camping mat or self-inflating mattress.

    Very helpful, thanks.

Do you have a recommendation of a reasonably priced better one? Self inflating sounds good too!

    Thanks for your input.

Hmm, yeah I'm not sure about that one either.. 😅

    I was considering this?

  7. Completely failed for Edinburgh tickets for the third time!

There's some big gaps between shows, potentially more dates to be added? Already added one extra London..

  8. Noting the one mentioned above, which fresh & black tent would everyone recommend for a couple?

Looking at the selection of 3 person tents, the prices vary from £64.99 up to £199.99 (the one above). WIll there be any significant drawbacks to the cheaper tents as opposed to those in the higher price bracket?

    Thanks

  9. Thanks everyone.

Decided to check Airbnb, managed to get private room a 30 min walk away, towards Manchester city centre.

75 quid between two of us, not bad

  10. Anyone got any tips for where to stay in Manchester? Got tickets for the Saturday gig,

The Old Trafford Premier Inn is already full, and the other Premier Inns nearish have suddenly doubled in price...
