  1. Who do we think SG Lewis will be playing b2b with then, will it be like his upcoming show at KOKO where he’ll bring out numerous special guests or is there now a DJ on the scene called TBA that I just don’t know about yet haha

All these mid sized festivals are pretty much the same every year.

Makes sense though, Superstruct doesn’t expect you to go to all four of them, it would be impossible anyways with some of them clashing. They’re just wanting people to go to the one local to them and for that reason they’ll all sell out

They actually mentioned 5 headliners then mentioned 6 acts (Noel, Streets, Paulo, Heaton, Keane and Sugababes)

I never saw them change it to six acts, just seen them banging on about FIVE headliners on socials for the last week

I didn't know if they were trying to bill Declan as a co-head with Paul Heaton which made the most sense to me. You do make a very good point though about someone possibly dropping out.

Still unsure how Keane aren't an outright headliner here/would be seen as weak when I would argue they're probably (other than NGHFBs) the strongest band on their in terms of ticket sales. Nearly sold out an entire UK arena tour, and had to add a second date at London's O2 due to demand (which still has tickets left but only in the Gods). But then I suppose they are subjective and and then that's where a whole different argument comes into it...

Declan doesn’t make sense to me as a headliner on the Thursday, he’s billed under Keane and Sugababes, can’t be a headliner if you’re not on the headline, pretty sure he’s just a very strong sub for Paul Heaton

  5. Where does our co-head fit into this line up then? Can’t see anyone joining up alongside Noel or The Streets.

Thursday could be an option, looks like Paul Heaton is our headliner that day with Declan McKenna, The Hunna and Hardwicke Circus below. Kendal usually has five acts play the main stage on Thursday if i’m not mistaken but don’t think there’s room for another headliner as I can’t see Declan McKenna playing third down main-stage on the weakest day.

Sunday seems the most likely for our co-head now, I imagine a big act along the lines of Biffy or Catfish dropped out in favour of other shows and they’ve struggled to put something together, seeing as it’s a co-head I can’t see us getting Paolo or Jamie T in that slot now.

I’m thinking Keane have been bumped up to fill that slot and have had someone thrown in alongside them so it doesn’t seem too weak, Snow Patrol would be a good match.

Paul Heaton / Noel Gallagher / The Streets / Keane x Snow Patrol is my final guess, not too much longer to wait now at least.

Yeah that wouldn’t surprise me; that’s a massive level of detail for a fake.

Out of all of the Superstruct headliners doing the rounds, with any luck that top right one is Biffy (very much doubt it).

Would accept Snow Patrol or Paolo Nutini if needs be.

Yeah it’s too good to be a fake, points for creativity if it is though seeing as they’ve thrown Gary Neville on there. I’d love for Biffy, I’m expecting Paolo or Snow Patrol

Have Kendal ever revealed a line up without having all the headliners confirmed?

Between Gary Neville, lack of a Sunday headliner, and the fact there’s loads of bits down the bottom saying ‘Other Acts Here’ I’m cautious to believe it.

However; there’s more than enough on there for me to justify a weekend ticket if it’s real. I’m kind of inclined to think it’s an early draft, but we’ll see

Imagine this is just a draft that they were working on, imagine the one we’ll get on Thursday will be almost identical with these errors amended

  8. Y Not forum say that Noel, Declan McKenna, Jamie T, Snow Patrol and Katy B have been announced for them so far, we’ll have a few here, think it pretty much confirms Noel

That’s fair, didn’t realise Truck was so much smaller. Are Wet Leg confirmed as the second headliner? That seems such an odd placement to me, but I must have just not been keeping up with their rise.

Yeah it’s set in stone, they’re at the top of the bill on the blurred poster they released for advertising, look to be playing the Saturday

    final prediction:

Paolo Nutini, Jamie T, Biffy Clyro, Keane X Snow Patrol

Biffy is all i hope for, i’m personally expecting:

Keane x Snow Patrol / Noel Gallagher / The Streets / Paolo Nutini

  11. Kendal still to announce when the line-up is dropping like all their competitors, haven’t even dropped any hints like they have. Are we expecting anything next week? surely it has to be

  12. Truck Festival have announced Jamie T, Wet Leg, The Streets, Sea Girls, The Kooks, Idles, Declan McKenna, Holly Humberstone, Soft Play, Black Honey, Peace, The Magic Gang, Katy B, Yard Act, The Snuts, Oxford Symphony Orchestra

Do Biffy have anything lined up other than Victorious?

Nothing as of yet, must be playing another festival though as they’re not labelled an exclusive at Victorious, with many of the big ones already announced they’re running out of options, Kendal, Y Not or Glastonbury seem like the most likely options

Surely Jamie T isn’t playing Truck, Victorious, Tramlines and Kendall?! Has anyone ever done all 4?

I’d actually thought he would would be doing it but that does seem like overkill

I think Paolo Nutini is doing Tramlines so he’s one id expect at Kendall myself

I imagine it will be Paolo or Jamie, would be over the moon with either. Shame that it seems Biffy will be elsewhere though now, I would have loved that.
