Hi Amy I am assuming you have a ticket with no photo on it.

There should be a traders access point at each gate usually off to one side. You won't get through the normal lines.

Show your ticket there and they will let you through. You won't get your wristband until you have checked in for work in your market area. After that it's all fine.

Awesome, thanks so much! I'm a bit worried as I'm going to be arriving for the gates opening (car sharing with two punters) and I'm going to end up getting confused and not knowing where to go

If she is a "trader" she will have a number of tickets for her staff. My gf has been there the past 8 years working on one of her mates stalls, they usually arrive a good few days ahead of the start of the festival and go in with the girl who has the stall, she has the requisit number of tickets for her staff. Is this not the case with your food vendor? Has she not supplied you with a ticket?

Yeah, she posted me the ticket a couple days ago (they got let down really last min, I emailed them just at the right time so got the place). She will be there from Monday but I'll be arriving on Wednesday so had to post them. Does your girlfriend queue in the same queue as everyone else?

  3. This year I'm going to the festival with a food vendor for the first time, do I have to do anything different in terms of getting into the site?

I'm sorry if its a silly question but the woman running the stall has never been as a punter so she isn't sure. Do I just queue up in the regular queues?

I agree this would suck. My foundation is a very thick glass bottle and my eyeshadow pallet has a mirror. If they take either I'll cry.

I always just put some of my foundation in a little plastic pot, means less bulky stuff to carry around and no risk of it being taken off of you :) As for eyeshadows, you can buy empty pallets that don't have mirror, you just need to take the eyeshadow pan out of the palette https://www.amazon.co.uk/Switchali-Magnetic-Palette-Makeup-Pattern/dp/B071ZYYLCW/ref=sr_1_11_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1497260173&sr=8-11&keywords=magnetic+palette

  5. Hello all, Less than two weeks to go!

My friend didn't get a ticket this year and is absolutely gutted, so I'm trying my hardest to find her a way to get in.

Does anyone know of any last minuet volunteering/work going? Shes a top gal, hard working and loves the festival

I found the Common area a pretty cool place to hang out post shift.

The Common field, with the huge Temple structure (centre) which will double in size for 2017

Edit - Helped by the fact it is the closest place to where we camped as staff.

Awesome thank you! I went into a cool place in the Common last year but can't remember the name - I'll definitely need to find that again. Everyone was dressed as skeletons

  7. Hi everyone!

I'm going this year for the first time on my own (4th time at the festival but my first festival alone). I'm working on a food stall so I know I'll be spending a large part of my time working and I have a fair few acts that I want to see but I want to do some exploring when/if I get any free time, is there anywhere on site that people would suggest I take a wander too?
