Joe from IDLES is doing a DJ set in Birmingham Friday night so it would be unlikely that day if they do pop up.
Pretty much no acts seem to be playing both at latitude and tramlines, but means there is a fair few gigging that weekend so fingers crossed a few show up! -

Just marketing, innit. People think "oh let me grab this" and then when the other days are drip fed out they might buy them too, rather than being faced with the lineups at once and potentially only choosing one.
yeah just a tad annoying ey

bit strange to only sell tickets for one day tomorrow

I remember thinking that about Arctic Monkeys the first time they headlined. Sure enough by June they had enough hits to do it.
Not sure about Stormzy, all his songs seem to tail off a bit...
i would say go on youtube and see how good he looks live, the answer is a resounding not very.
frees up my night anyway

I wouldn't say it's strange, I'm sure from the festivals point of view they'd rather that than it dragging on and on
sorry i just meant for it all to be leaked so early, im not used too it
but i have no reason to distrust what i have been told, my cousins band has the same manager as LG aswell
-
i got the text any optimist has been dreading this morning, my cousin whose band is signed to island records said the info is definitely
fri - stormzy
sat - paul mc
sunday - the cure
and LG subbing one of them, is strange for them all to be confirmed so early though

wonder if there will be a nice petition ?
seriously though embarrassing if he headlines, if you want uk grime artists skepta is the biggest and most well known, far better songs etc
only good thing is it frees up your night

St.Vincent is touring the uk the week after and playing a show in leeds on the 28th, would be cool if she played a secret set as she is free
