Future Islands have Friday down on their website and playing Live at Leeds on the Saturday.
-
Was really excited by the additions of Baxter Dury, Goat Girl and Big Moon at first glance but then the further you look the better it gets. Great value for money here again

I don’t remember it being posted but just saw Interpol announced as support for the Smashing Pumpkins tour, which puts them out of Glastonbury
Don't see them coming back this year anyway but their website has the last date supporting SP being 24th June. Week before Glasto

If I remember correctly The Smile played outside before Nick Cave on his day at All Points East last year (2022) so I can see them being down for a headline slot somewhere. Maybe here, be interested to see how the tour sells.

I don't see Future Islands as a main stage headliner? Maybe a sub.
Headlined End of the Road last year which I don't think is is a dissimilar capacity and previously headlined Green Man. Not a huge fan myself but think definitely a headliner.
Sleaford Mods subbed last time out at EOTR and don't think they've grew any bigger so Sub seems right with them as well or maybe put them on The Meadow on the Saturday

Can't see them really pulling in someone the size of Vaccines for Thursday considering last years headliners were on the 7th line of the Poster.
I reckon it will look something like this for my penny:
Friday
Pallet - Orbital (closing set) - Amyl and the Sniffers
Meadow - Bob Vylan
Saturday
Pallet - Jane's Addiction - Sleaford Mods
Meadow - TBC
Sunday
Pallet - Future Islands - TBC
Meadow - Dinosaur Jr

1. VLURE @ The Bread and Roses
2. Rick Astley and Blossoms
3. LYNKS

You can leave at any time but Monday morning can be very busy leaving.
Great stuff, gutted to not stay for the whole weekend and especially missing Interpol
-
Does anyone know if it's easy enough to get out the Car Park after the acts have finished? We're off to Wembley the day after but still gonna come for the Friday, get to the festival for around 11 and enjoy the day.

Murder Capital just tweeted that they're Saturday 2pm at Woodsies not Friday
-
That Friday is a thing of sheer beauty, some harsh clashes but for the money it's hugely worth while.
-
Thursday line ups looks like they go right to left for the order so Hot 8 Brass Band and The Orielles headlining the stages

Katy J Pearson told me tonight that she'll be there , but the only gig she's playing is a 'secret solo set' in a one of the tents.
Would hazard a guess at her being at the Crows Nest then

As a Boro fan I have made the call that we're doing BT and if we do make it to Wembley we will either dip out of the Festival on the Saturday to watch the final in a pub or perhaps stream it over 4G sat like gnomes huddled round an iPad in the Campervan fields. I've seen us fail too many times at Wembley (we've never won there, old stadium or new)
I would wish you good luck but...
...well you know why 😄
Could be playing each other 3 times in the next couple of weeks!
After all that Coventry have been through the past god knows how long a Wembley game to get to the Premier League is too good to turn down. Win or lose it's not something I envisioned happening but need to get there first haha!
I suppose I've been lucky enough to see us win twice at Wembley so I'm hoping if we get there we carry on out 100% record
-
We bought tickets for this and have been excited for it but with Coventry performing a small miracle and looking likely to get a play off space we're having to wait to see if we'll be going here or down to Wembley for our Bank Holiday. Least if we make the final we've said we'll go on Friday for the day

Is King Krule a potential choice here? I always find it hard to gauge just how big he is, he obviously headlined EOTR and live shows seem a bit scarce so maybe a rarity things helps with the being a headliner scenario
-
Orielles have replaced English Teacher according to the socials, very good swap in my opinion
-
Looks like they've delayed announcing the Stage Splits and only getting Kid Kapichi today

Royal blood definately subbing AM
Feel like the BBC will grab on to this one! Something along the lines of '10 years ago Matt Helders wore an unknowns bands T shirt on the Pyramid stage now they play before them on that very stage! What a journey!'

Good sleuthiung - Some of the Thursday and Friday ones may be that they just add the festival start date.
Another thing is that Pretenders appear on the lineup top line - so headliners we all presiume.
Well if their own website is true they can't be headliners as they are an Exclusive Headliner at Midnight Sun Festival.
Yeah I think Yard Act and Anna Calvi are just putting the first date but alot of the ones on Friday are also playing Dot to Dot, Slam Dunk or Live At Leeds.
I'm sure I read that were missing a headliner so expecting to The Pretenders as a sub. Think I also read somewhere that Echo and the Bunnymen were the same day as Interpol

Protomartyr just announced new album and tour dates, got my hopes up when I seen they were in the country the week before for a few dates but looks like they're in Denmark and Norway for the Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Not sure I can see them making the trip over for the Sunday having already been in the UK the week before, plus they have a Cardiff date but not sure if that would have an impact.

Seen someone mention PJ Harvey in the APE Thread, feel like I remember a rumor going round about Polly releasing an Album this year. Wonder if GM have managed to book her and can't announce until the return is officially announced...

Who have you seen on the most stages?

Think mine might be Slaves - John Peel, BBC Intro, Hell Stage and Other and Fontaines DC - John Peel, Leftfield, Rabbit Hole and Williams Green (that was all in 2019).
