So amongst other things it's time to get the playlists sorted for the journey - this is and always has been an important part of the preparation for me
I'm tempted to download the whole of the Spotify playlist 'Glastonbury 2015' to my phone, but it's so huge now that I may not have memory space
I'm pretty certain the Super Furries Songbook with be there - Courtney Barnett's latest album, World Music by Goat, Sharon Van Etten's Are We There, and Jamie XX latest
Should get me to Somerset with a smile on my face, traffic jams around Bristol notwithstanding

Any way of adding Bimble Inn to clashfinder?
I emailed Hal the Clashfinder guy earlier today about this - hopefully he's on it

We go to the Greenpeace showers. Ticket system so no queue so to speak (at least it was in 2013) - plus then you get to spend your morning having a little wander round the green fields area, visiting the Tiny Tea Tent etc
is it OK to take standard soap/shower gel in there or do they ask for Eco friendly stuff??

Have I missed something..?
Dave Grohl did (the edge of the stage)

thanks to those who made an attempt to answer the original question

for those first timers whose view of Glastonbury is based predominantly on TV footage of Pyramid stage rock'n'roll - this is a video that I took last year - for me Glastonbury is about so many other things, this kind of sums them all up in one

I'll be going with a friend who likes his old school drum and bass/jungle - and dubstep
I'm more into abstract electronica / IDM / techno - particularly interested in seeing people who play with synths/drum machines/midi controllers live rather than just spin discs

Hi
Planning on sampling more dance music this year, mainly the after hours stuff. I wonder if there are areas / tents / stages which cater to particular genres?
It would be good to see a list of genres by area if this is possible, or does it not work like that? I appreciate these may be very rough estimations
Cheers

they should put all the tickets on eBay and auction them off to the highest bidders
that way even more middle class people could get in
-
PS. I got a ticket today, can you tell?

Jeff Buckley
Bimble Inn
Thursday evening
Sunset
He talks to me and Annie Clark about how he faked his death, over organic solar-powered cider
He then plays Grace (solo acoustic) in its entirety before being joined on stage by Morrissey for a joint rendition of I Know It's Over
I go home before the festival proper has even begun
Happy

Hi
Is it possible to choose a particular car park - or is this predetermined by approach route - or are the car parking tickets coloured according to car park colour?
I am staying at the campsite at North Wootton, so depending on how I meet the A361 I could be approaching Pilton from either direction

Bushy field. Bit of a mission to get places but its quiet, spacey and the toilets are generally quite nice.

Right, we're now live! Click here to listen - http://www.worthyfm.com/listen-live/
Apologies to anyone who managed to listen before this, we were testing the kit and training the crew all morning, so wasn't actually a proper broadcast.
As of now though, we're proper.
