Fuck all of you complete wasters. Seriously, I cant believe I've even got to 100 posts on this shit. You're all complete fucking losers, wasting all of your time on an internet forum, I can't believe I was even wasting my time being on here. Sort your lives out, you sad fucking people. Get off of your computers and go out and do something with yourselves other than spending every day on a fucking forum. I won't be posting again, you lot can get on with your shitty little internet geek lives. FUCK THE LOT OF YOU.

JIM-182 responds like a 13 year old to criticism, jesus christ man up.

You complain about people taking the piss out of you, then your next post is about how you want Paramore to play...
-
Also, really hoping Paramore will be back. They weren't that great when I saw them at Leeds last so I hope they get another shot at it.

Makes them a possibility surely?
BTW it would be fucking awesome.
-
Yeah. Now let's leave this bullshit behind, move things forward and get back to discussing the festival like we're on here to do

It may be a little 'out there' but what about KoRn? Easily able to headline imo and would be interesting if it happened.

Hoping for Sum41, You Me At Six, Lostprophets, Kids In Glass Houses, Foos, The Killers, Blur, Bullet For My Valentine, BVB, Wombats, All Time Low, We Are The In Crowd, Yellowcard, Noel Gallagher, Good Charlotte, Skrillex, Knife Party, Paramore, Simple Plan, Nickelback, Four Year Strong, Foster The People, Flux Pavilion
Any of above is good for me

Yeah, I also don't understand the reached as far as they can go comment?

You don't need to have charisma and stage presence to headline a festival. Arctic Monkeys tend to lack both but they headline everywhere they go. Biffy this year didn't have masses of crowd interaction or moving around the stage, but they were the second best band I've seen. BFMV are just as likely to headline as A7X.

If Soni pull another "a band that's never headlined, you might not think they can, but after watching them here you'll change your mind" like this year then I see no reason why BFMV couldn't headline.
However I don't think they'll do that unless two of the headliners are bank breakers. Which they could be if the bands mentioned on here come to fruition.

Yeah i wasnt sure about Trivium myself I didn't know about Soundgarden's situation too KISS, Manson and BVB is the ultimate battle of the make up :L maybe put Bullet in Triviums place?

Sorry I meant to put Co-Headline :L with someone like Machine Head or Trivium or Avenged. And have a strong undercard too.
But that aside, going back to the KISS, RATM, Green Day topic, i was just having a little think and came up with this, what do you reckon?
KISS
Marilyn Manson
Lamb of God
Wolfmother
Black Veil Brides
Rage Against The Machine
Soundgarden
Cypress Hill
Rise Against
Bring Me The Horizon
Hollywood Undead
Cancer Bats
Green Day
The Offspring
Enter Shikari
Mastodon
Less Than Jake
New Found Glory
Falling In Reverse
And then second stage headliners Rob Zombie, Trivium and Paramore?

BFMV to headline!
-
They have played 3rd at Reading though (2001)
-
Tenacious D & Metallica? The D would probs have appealed to the Metallica fans? And Paramore & Blink probs have a similar fan base. Would be interesting (and awesome) if there was a more hip-hip influenced day Jay-Z & Kanye headlining, Dizzee subbing, Wu-Tang Clan appearing somewhere in the day, and then rock acts filling up the rest of the day so it still appeals to the masses.
-
Papa Roach are releasing "The album of their career" next year so I reckon they could make an appearance? Personally I think they get better with every album and would be awesome if they do. Reckon they would play 5th down or around there, similar slot to Limp Bizkit in '10.
-
Yeah I thought that, he doesn't have that OMG element anymore and hasn't since the very early 00's imo. Could he play a lower a lot like 5th? But logically I can't see him being booked at all now, he's just, meh... If you get me?
On another note, I really hope Four Year Strong will be playing, I reckon either opening the main stage or playing 8th ish would suit them well.
-
Ah OK, that makes more sense.
I think Kiss are just as unlikely as Van Halen.
-
I saw Kiss at Rock am Ring in 2010 and I found them really boring... Admittedly I'm not much of a fan so personally I'd be very underwhelmed if they were at Reading.
-
Download and IOW have announced their headliners I doubt they'll be playing either of those.
I'd also be amazed if they were booked for R&L.
