I borrowed my sisters last year - it was from Asda. She failed to mention she had lost the ropes n the top was broken! When the wind blew we had to hold the sides up!! I can laugh now.
Needless to say i got a new one for this year Millets £79.99 reduced to £19.99 bargin!!!

Costumes are looking good everyone, i received my Wally costume last night.lol. what a tit i look but its all in good fun! I don't think i can wear the glasses for long though as a min of wearing them makes you feel you have had 6 cans becasue of the plastic they have in them. Wearing them and trying to walk through the mud may be a funny situation!!

I love the sound of all these things, but might have to reconsider what I bring after hearing these prices. Trouble is it's a catch 22, as you don't wanna carry too much stuff to the campsite!

You know, personally, I would be fine with that... the husband, my kid, and the rest of murdishaw would be so angry though.

Just to give you a rough idea:
Last year (bearing in mind Friday wasn't a festival day then). We queued in traffic to get to the car park for about 30 - 40 mins, parked up by 10:45am. Walk to the camp site queue approx 10 - 15 mins, queue to get through main gates approx 45mins to 1hr, walk from the wrist band exchange to tent pitch 15 - 20 mins but that was to the red camp site which was pretty close to the arenas last year.
It will all depend on arrival time I guess, we are setting off a bit later this year so are expecting bigger queues, just crack open a can in the queues and mingle then it don't seem very long at all
