Surely we've got to consider arctic monkeys.
Not as big as they were, so not a pyramid headliner. Doing a couple of other festivals. And a new album to sell.
Also, very different sort of thing to beyonce and a pretty respectable back catalogue.
Like them or not they've got to be considered surely. And at least they're better than paolo nutini as an other stage headliner!

defo do it. u will only be sat at home watching it and wishing u were there. i went for the first time last year wiv 4 other people. have to say i spent alot of time on me own any way and loved it. just talking to random people get to do what u wont and you always get talking to the people around ya tent. DO IT

radio 1 big weekend which is is Carlisle this year have the strokes playing + mcr are playing there to. so looks like headliners at reading and leeds aint exclusive any more. makes ya wonder if the strokes could play now. i no they have said they aint doing it but plenty of time left for them to be booked. seeing the other stage sunday headliner aint booked yet from what we have been told. well it pos has but no one has figured it out. but for future years this could mean reading and leeds could have a same headliner. (does make ya wonder if live nation regreat not getting the foo fighters now as they would get far more people wonting to go plus they still aint sold all the tickets yet shows how poor reading leeds is becoming )

last year we set off from preston about 7 pm stopped for a stop and then headed to south Wales to stay in a hotel. then set of from there at 7 am but only got into the camp site at 3 in the afternoon. friends of ours set of same time and drove right there with one stop and got there at 1am no ques to get in or out and in the morning was camped by 11am. this is what were doing this year go tuesday night get there for when ever and just stay at the car. only takes 5 hours.
