Two Moors Festival is a central part of the South West's cultural calendar, with a programme of choral concerts and classical recitals held at churches across Dartmoor and Exmoor, in a wide variety of locations from small villages to large towns.
The festival takes place from Thursday 9th until Sunday 19th October at various locations across Dartmoor and Exmoor.
It is the Year of the Piano and the 2008 programme will reflect this. The festival opens with a performance in Barnstaple by Sunwook Kim who won the the Leeds Piano Competition in 2006. There will be all nine Beethoven symphonies being performed as piano duets under the heading 'Beethoven and Biscuits'.
