Summer Rites 2012

London's original gay festival, Summer Rites, returned last year as Summer Rites Remixed, and delivered an overdose of amazing memories combined with the best of present day fun and frenzy for London festival goers.

This year will bring together talents from across London, from established dance organisations to the newest breakout clubs, from the fashionistas to the most die-hard of drag legends, live acts and internationally renowned DJs. This year the event takes place in Shoreditch Park on Sunday 2nd September 2012.

Line-up

Featuring the best promoters, breakout clubs, drag legends, live acts and internationally renowned clubs including XXL, Salvation, Tranny Shack, East Bloc, Gutterslut and many more. Headline acts will include New York's finest, Amanda Lepore and Cazwell as well as acts such as Adamski and I Am A Camera, with many more DJs still to be confirmed. Expect acts from London's music scene and live performances spread across dance tents, stages and including food and drink stalls.

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
