Summer Rites is a London-based open-air gay festival started in 1996, in 1999 no further events were held until 2011 when it was revived and took place in Shoreditch Park in September. Summer Rites was the ultimate gay clubbing experience with a variety of stages featuring music and DJ sets, breakout clubs, drag and live acts and internationally renowned clubs. It was last held in 2012.
