Margate Soul Festival 2019

Margate Soul Festival happens annually and is held from Friday 2nd until Sunday 4th August 2019 over the streets, specific venues, harbour, seafront and Winter Gardens in the Old Town quarter of Margate, in Kent.

Expect more than 100 DJs, 4 major live acts, 4 stages and 9 themed venues.

Acts include Incognito, James D Train Williams, Cool Million, Light Of The World, Omar, David .A. Tobin, and more, with more to be announced.

Tickets are on sale, currently priced at £69 for the weekend. Day tickets are also available.

The main outdoor stage is located on Fort Lower Promenade at the rear of The Wintergardens, and the indoor venues are at the Winter Gardens, Olby's Soul Cafe, The Lighthouse Bar, Imperial Lounge, The Crescent Victoria, The Northern Belle, and Milos.

There's also street parties at The Carnival stage opposite the Turner Gallery, The Piazza, and Revenge of the Soulboy at Market Place, and a spoken word stage.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
