An eclectic festival for all the family with a mix of traditional and international music, dance and costume bringing in musicians and performing artists from other parts of the world, creating a fusion of Scottish, Asian, African and Latin forms of expression in the Carnival tradition.
There was no festival in 2008 or 2011, or since.
