Kilkenny Roots Festival 2017

Ireland's 20th annual Kilkenny Roots Festival takes place from Friday 28th April to Monday 1st May 2017 at various venues across the city.

Line-up

Confirmed so far are:- Marah; The Handsome Family; Western Centuries; Carter Sampsom; Yola Carter; Andrew Combs; Joan Shelley; Paul Cauthen; Chip Taylor; David Kitt; The Americans; Arborist; John Blek; Holly Macve.

In addition to the ticketed shows, over 60 free performances will take place on the Music Trail in venues throughout the City.

Tickets are not yet on sale. Ticket prices vary depending upon event.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
