Keynsham Music Festival 2014

Keynsham Music Festival is an annual FREE music and arts event with an audience of 10,000. One of the last free festivals in the South West, and takes place at Keynsham Memorial Park, and the surrounding area in Bath over the week ending Sunday 6th July 2014.

Line-up

There are no acts confirmed yet for 2014.

The Keynsham Music Festival has now been going for 15 years and attracts some of the best unsigned bands in the region. The free festival has four stages and supports local bands, around Bath and Bristol.

On site

The festival also has a creative arena where professional artists give free workshops to children and their families, interesting stalls, delicious, quality, locally sourced food, and local ales and ciders.

The Festival Week programme will include Opera by Candlelight, The Friday Choir, an event with Hindu ecological philosopher Satish Kumar in the big tent on Friday – with world music and attractions. More acoustic music in Keynsham pubs, a world music film-night, and more.

Donation

The festival is free but they do ask for a donation of around £2, and raised £7,300 last year.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
