Kirklees Party in the Park is a FREE on Sunday 23rd August from 1.30 until 8pm at Crow Nest Park, in Dewsbury, Yorkshire.
McFly are headlining with support from Ironik and The Yeah You's. The afternoon starts off with local bands from the 'Battle of the Bands' competition.
The event is free with picnics and chairs welcome however festival goers are asked not to bring any glass. There will be food stalls for those who prefer to travel light.
There will be no parking near the park, so it is recommended that people walk or take public transport. Crow Nest Park is only a 5 minute walk from Dewsbury train station; there will be signs along the route. There will also be shuttle buses running from the train station to the park and back again.
