The Freestylers - review by : Solomon Degia

Glastonbury Festival 1999

By eFestivals Newsroom | Published:

Jazzworld, Saturday 26th June

First there was calm on the fields surrounding the Jazz World Stage, then there were The Freestylers. This act turned a relaxed, sun drenched audience into an excited, frenzied mass of dancing party animals. For the uninitiated this was the perfect introduction to the rampant hip-hop/rap energy The Freestylers bring to their live performances. It was loud, fun, and deliciously in-your-face. If the absolutely brilliant Freestylers didn't rock your world at Glastonbury '99, then you must have missed them!

If you want to party, invite The Freestylers. They got it bad!
