Cleckheaton Folk Festival 2016

The 29th Cleckheaton Folk Festival takes place at Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire from Friday 1st until Sunday 3rd July 2016 playing host to acts on the folk scene at venues across the town.

Line-up

The first acts confirmed are Demon Barber XL (Saturday), Pitmen Poets (Friday) with Billy Mitchell, Bob Fox, Benny Graham and Jez Lowe. Sundays All Star Concert featuring Coope, Boyes & Simpson, The Shee, Faustus and Granny's Attic Other artists who will be appearing over the weekend will includeCrab Apples Ceilidh Band with caller Ron Darnbrough, Copper Kettle, Fireside Knights, Graeme Knights & Jim Mageean, Greg Russell & Ciaran Algar, John Prentice & Jill Drury, Keepers Lock, Keith Donnelly, Lucy Ward, Nick Dow, Said the Maiden, Yan Tan Tether, and one or two others still to be contracted..

Tickets are priced at £68 or £64 for concessions.

Camping

There is a campsite available in Primrose Lane, Cleckheaton. Camping is priced at £6 per person per night for weekend tickets holders. Camping is purchased separately to festival tickets - select festival tickets and then click 'proceed' to view the camping tickets.
