The 2nd edition of rock 3-dayer Call of the Wild Festival which was hoping to go ahead in a covid-secure way at Lincolnshire Showground on its rescheduled date of Friday 18th to Sunday 20th September 2020 has had to postpone after all. The festival's announcement (here) says the concern about a 2nd wave plus losing a headliner to quarantine restrictions along with other factors forced them to pull the plug.

Looking forwards, Call Of The Wild has announced their plans for next year's festival, due to take place from Thursday 20th until Sunday 23rd May 2021. Ticket holders rolling their ticket over to next year get the extra day of Thursday free (a £30 add-on for new ticket buyers).

Headliners for 2021 will be the same, Phil Campbell & The Bastard Sons, Reckless Love (pictured above), and Massive Wagons, with Thursday's headliner to be announced. Other main stage acts are Raging SpeedhornRomeo's DaughterMason HillJunkyard DriveSkarlett RiotWarrior Soul, and Sister Shotgun, with other acts over the weekend including Ricky Warwick and The Fighting Hearts, and Tigertailz, both headlining the new Southall Lawless Stage Friday and Saturday respectively, plus Kickin Valentina, Lawnmower Deth, Glen Matlock, and The Cruel Intentions. There's more line-up to be announced later this month. For the details as available please see the line-up page.

Early bird tickets will go on sale at 9am on Friday 14th August, priced as follows:-
weekend (Friday-Sunday): £79
