More acts have been revealed for The Green Gathering, which returns for an 8th year promoting sustainable lifestyles and combining education with entertainment, to Piercefield Park of Chepstow, in Monmouthshire.from Thursday 2nd until Sunday 5th August 2018.

The new musical acts announced for the 100% renewable powered festival are:- Sunny and Ed Davidson, The Weirdstring Band, Andy Twyman (pictured above), Tori Reed, and Mischa and his Merry Men.

Also announced is the line-up of The Raconteur's Delight, the festival's spoken word, cabaret, and heritage arts venue. Performing there will be:- Salena Godden, Peter Bearder, Cool Beans Roadshow, Pypedau Vagabondi Puppet Theatre, Circus Kaos, Paul Eccentric, Jamie Bevan a'r Gwydillion, Clare Ferguson Walker, Johnny Fluffypunk, and Amy Rainbow.

They join acts previously announced including 3 Daft Monkeys, Nik Turner, The Majestic, Echo Town, Dragonsfly, Mobius Loop, Poisoned Electrick Head, Kangaroo Moon, Bethlehem Casuals, The Spacegoats, Troyka, Great Big Feet, Terry Logan, Vojta, Smiley and the Underclass, Global, One Eyed God, and many more, with more acts to be confirmed in the coming months. For all of the details so far please see the line-up page.

Tickets are on sale, currently priced at £100 for adults, £75 for young adults (16-17), or £55 for youths (11-15). Children aged under 11 years can attend free, anyone under 18 needs to be accompanied by a paying adult.

A car pass (in hardstanding carpark) is priced at £25, a motorbike pass is £11, and a live-in vehicle pass is £65 (£85 if oversized), or £75 for a car and caravan. A limited number of dog tickets are available at £135 for adult + dog plus a £40 returnable good behaviour bond.
