Victorious Festival, which takes place on Southsea Seafront in Portsmouth from Friday 24th to Sunday 26th August, the bank holiday weekend, has added a brand new comedy tent to the attractions it offers.
On the bill on both Saturday and Sunday are winner of Bath Comedy Festival New Act 2017 Sunjai Arif, Lucy Bee as seen on BBC Children In Need, finalist of South Coast Comedian of the Year 2018 Patrick Casey, Rae Rae Lloydy with dry comedy about life in the Navy, tales of childhood and more from Nathan Eagle, and Graeme Collard.
festival organiser Andy Marsh said "We’ve always wanted to bring comedy to Victorious and now it’s finally here. We hope people enjoy it and hopefully this is something we can grow year on year."
Victorious 2018 has headliners The Libertines, Paul Weller, and The Prodigy, as well as Kaiser Chiefs, Shed Seven, Paloma Faith, Brian Wilson, Sleaford Mods, Everything Everything, Cabbage, Lightning Seeds, and many more.
