'One of Nashville's greatest talents' - Gretchen Peters - is the latest act announced for Beverley Folk Festival, which has 3 nights & 2 days of music, dance, comedy, spoken word, events & workshops at Beverley Racecourse, Beverley, East Yorkshire from Friday 15th to Sunday 17th June 2018

Festival programmer Kelly Foley commented: "I'm really excited that we have been able to book Gretchen. She is sure to get our 35th anniversary off to an exciting and memorable start. It is great that we are able to attract such big name international artists to perform in Beverley."

Gretchen Peters will headline the main concert on the Friday night, and joins the acts already announced, who include Calan, Greg Russell & Ciaran Algar, Megson, Habadekuk (DENMARK), Charlie Dore & Julian Littman, The Lucy Ward Band, Grace Petrie, Jess Morgan, The Boxcar Boys (CANADA), Katie Spencer & Foss Paterson, The Cody Sisters (USA), Beggar's Bridge, Harbottle & Jonas and the Alterego Ceilidh Band. Expect over 80 acts in total, with more headliners still to be announced.

The Gretchen Peters performance will be part of the festival’s ‘weekend ticket’ - priced at £100, or £120 including camping - and a separate concert ticket for (just) Gretchen Peters is available for £25.
