The first acts have been revealed for the family-friendly Wickham Festival, which takes place from Thursday 2nd to Sunday 5th August 2018, in the Hampshire village of Wickham, just east of Eastleigh and just north of Fareham.
Announced are Kate Rusby, Jon Boden & The Remnant Kings, The Undertones, Tom Robinson, Skipinnish, Red Hot Chilli Pipers, McCusker/Drever/Woomble, Gordie MacKeeman and his Rhythm Boys, Imar, Talisk, Daoiri Farrell, Boo Hewerdine, Gaz Brookfield and The Company of Thieves, The Gerry Colvin Band, and Les Barker.
Many more acts will be announced in the coming weeks and months. Expect four music stages and other attractions including cartoon cinema, storytelling, puppet theatre, and make ‘n’ take crafts tent.
Early bird weekend tickets are currently priced at £120 for adults, £60 under-16s with children aged under 10 years able to attend for free.
Camping tickets are priced at £30 per tent or caravan.
