Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival which takes place from Thursday 3rd to Saturday 5th August 2017 in the picturesque surroundings of Belladrum Estate, near Beauly in Inverness-shire, Scotland, has announced that Scottish rockers Twin Atlantic are returning this year.

Twin Atlantic headlined the main stage in 2012. This year they'll be headlining the Hothouse Stage, so you'll need to be early to get a space in the tent!

Festival promoter Joe Gibbs said: “We are proud and utterly delighted to be welcoming the Twin Atlantic guys back to Bella, their headline set in 2012 defined them as one of Scotland’s biggest new bands and getting them to agree to come back this year for us is a major coup.’’

Acts previously confirmed for Belladrum include headliners The Pretenders, Franz Ferdinand, and  Sister Sledge (Thursday), plus First Aid Kit, Feeder, Birdy, KT Tunstall, Frank Carter & the Rattlesnakes, Honeyblood, Young Fathers, Deaf Havana, The Sherlocks, Karine Polwart, Dub Pistols, and many more. For all of the details so far please see the line-up page.

Music comes from around 90 acts across five stages featuring locally and internationally renowned artists and favouring a lo-fi approach. Belladrum offers plenty of interest aside from the music, including entertainment for children, street theatre, cabaret, cinema, dance, alternative therapies, stalls, food and drink.

Bella sold out each of the last eight years, often months before the event so fans are urged to buy early to avoid disappointment.
