Kendal Calling goes Into The Wild in support of Cumbria Wildlife Trust

Kendal Calling have just announced this year’s festival theme, "Into the Wild", in support of local charity Cumbria Wildlife Trust. The festival will be decked out with wilderness and jungle decor to create a unique environment.

The theme will peak around Saturday afternoon’s Into the Wild Parade, with a host of real and mythological costumes migrating around a wandering performance by The Baghdaddies, starting at 2pm outside the cinema tent.

The festival has already announced the line-up, including Franz Ferdinand, Stereophonics, Manic Street Preachers, Frank Turner and The Sleeping Souls, Tinie Tempah, Brian Wilson performs Pet Sounds, and many more. The festival is now sold out.

The charity, Cumbria Wildlife Trust, is devoted to the conservation of wildlife and habitats of Cumbria, standing up for the ecosystem, creating wildlife havens and raising environmental awareness.
