More acts have been announced for Victorious Festival  - now a three day event - which happens from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th August (bank holiday weekend) at Portsmouth's Southsea Common.

Newly confirmed are Maximo Park (Saturday), special guests on Sunday The Dandy Warhols, Band Of Skulls (Saturday), Temples, The Jesus and Mary Chain (Sunday), The Hunna, Bad Sounds, and Black Foxxes.

Said festival director Andy Marsh: "We thought it wouldn't be possible to make the 2017 line-up any better but we've just smashed it! This third wave of acts combines solid, stone-cold legends with the very best of up and coming British indie rock. Add it to the line-up we've already announced with bands like Stereophonics, Elbow, The Charlatans, Franz Ferdinand and Jake Bugg not to mention the pop acts like Olly Murs and Rita Ora and Victorious has got to be the most exciting, most diverse festival programme anywhere this summer."

Victorious 2017 is headlined by Stereophonics, Madness, and Elbow, and the bill includes Slaves, Frightened Rabbit, Jake Bugg, Franz Ferdinand, Feeder, KT Tunstall, and many more. For all of the details so far please see the line-up page.
