Manic Street Preachers, and Kaiser Chiefs have been revealed as the first two acts for this summer's Bingley Music Live, the three-day outdoor concert in Myrtle Park, Bingley happening from Friday 1st until Sunday 3rd September 2017.
The Manics will headline on the Friday, while the Kaiser Chiefs will top the bill on the Saturday.
Speaking ahead of today's announcement, SSD Concerts', Steve Davis, said: "It's fantastic that we can bring bands of Kaiser Chiefs and Manic Street Preachers' calibre to an event which has earned the respect of festival goers up and down the country. We can't wait to see music royalty perform in front of our loyal crowd. Music fans are going to see something truly special this year. Both ourselves and the council are super excited to expand Bingley's well-established history and drive this event into a bright future. And with the backing of our regular attendees and new fans, this year's event will most certainly attract, we are proud to be involved in the best flagship event Yorkshire has yet seen for many years. There's still Sunday's headliner to be revealed, as well as many more acts for acoss the festival's two music stages, as well as there being play zones for the kids, fairground sideshows and rides.
Tickets are on sale priced at £60 for an adult, or £35 for a child (age 3-15 year)
