The first acts joining Maddy Prior at her Stepping Stones Festival have been announced.

The festival which returns to the ruins of Kirklinton Hall, near Carlisle in the remote Scottish Borders in Cumbria on Friday 9th until Sunday 11th June 2017 will see Oysterband, Mallorca's BOC, Nancy Kerr & James Fagan, and The Carnival Band and host Maddy Prior all headline the Marquee Stage whilst the Hall Stage will provide music from a wide range of local acts. The Bandstand, set in the centre of the craft village, is the venue for acoustic and dance acts while wandering musicians may pop up anywhere to busk. Plus a full kids programme, plus open mic events and more.

Early bird weekend tickets are priced at £65 per person (under 16s free), (£75 with camping). Available until 31st January (full price £75).
