Echo and the Bunnymen, and Band Of Skulls lead acts for Festival Internacional de Benicassim

Echo and the Bunnymen, and Band Of Skulls lead the latest acts to be announced for next summer's Spanish music event Festival Internacional de Benicassim.

Also confirmed are The Soft Moon, Dorian, Breakbot, Tijuana Panthers, Maadraassoo, John Grvy, Pacosan and Argentine band Capsula who recorded a reworking of Bowie's 'The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust & the Spiders from Mars' will on Saturday 16th open the Las Palmas stage with them playing the album in full as a tribute in Capsula: Dreaming of Ziggy Stardust.

In other news clubs Razzmatazz in Barcelona and Ochoymedio from Madrid will be hosting a stage filled with some of the best Spanish new talent, line-up to be anonunced.

They join Muse, Muse, Major Lazer, and Kendrick Lamar, The Chemical Brothers (live), Disclosure, Massive Attack, Jamie XX, The Maccabees, Bloc Party, Jess Glynne, Soulwax, The Kills, The Coral, Rat Boy, Mac DeMarco, Biffy Clyro, Skepta, DJ Shadow, Young Fathers, Snakehips, Fidlar, Hannah Wants, Delorean, The 1975, The Vaccines, Catfish & The Bottlemen, Hinds, Kero Kero Bonito, Soledad Velez, Ramirez Exposure, Perlita, Georgia, La Femme, Marc Pinol, AllttA, La Habitacion Roja, El Guincho, Dan Deacon, Walking on Cars, Little Simz, Mr Oizo, The Magician, John Talabot, Ryan Hemsworth, Zahara, Baywaves, Lois, and Aries, Le Galaxie, and many more acts for all stages and days of the festival will be revealed soon.

Established in 1994, this year will see the festival held near Valencia, Spain celebrate it's 21st year from Thursday 14th until Sunday 17th July 2016. With camping thrown in with the ticket price, all night music over 4 days, and sited just walking distance from the beach and a huge water park. As well as this diverse array of musical performers, the festival has an extensive bill of non-musical entertainment, including dance, art, theatre, fashion, silent disco and short films.

Tickets are priced at £155 for 4-days with 8 days of free camping thrown in from 11th until 18th July with the ticket price, all night music over 4 days, and sited just walking distance from the beach and a huge water park.
