The Coral, Newton Faulkner, and Afro Celt Sound System are the latest headlining acts to be announced for Lakefest, which returns for a 5th year this summer, held at a new location Eastnor Castle, the former site of The Big Chill Festival, from Thursday 11th to Sunday 14th August 2016.

They join Primal Scream, We Are Scientists, and Starsailor who are the first headlining acts confirmed for 2016.

Lee Martin, Lakefest Director, said, "We've received amazing feedback to the line-up so far and are overwhelmed with the reaction to the news of the acts we have booked to date. We can’t wait to announce more names over the coming weeks and then the countdown really begins to putting on a legendary weekend in August!"

With development set to happen on the festival's familiar home site at Croft Farm Waterpark, near Tewkesbury. The festival moves this year to a larger site in order to accommodate larger crowd numbers. In addition to this, Croft Farm Land Owner, Alan Newell, is developing a holiday village, in the field in which Lakefest is currently held.
