first acts announced for Cornwall's biggest party

Norman Jay, Bonobo (DJ set), and Andrew Weatherall lead the line-up announced for this summer's The Masked Ball in Cornwall. Started way back in 2007  takes place on the bank holiday weekend of Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd May 2015, at Beacon Cragg, Porthleven in Cornwall.

The Masked Ball, offers eight curated and themed arenas for an amazingly-dressed crowd, including a grand ballroom and a rabbit hole all set on a cliff top location along with a smattering of the best party performers.

The Masked Ball will play host to big names, as well as 40 regional acts including Simian Mobile Disco (DJ Set), Crazy P, Ewan Pearson, Horse Meat Disco, Nightmares on Wax, The Cuban Brothers, Psychemagik, Stanton Warriors, Futureboogie, Downtown Party Network, Felix Dickinson, Idjut Boys, Jac The Disco, Rosie & the Goldbug, Sir Vinyl of the Fattest, Mr Thing, Florian Keller, Andy Smith, Ollie Teeba (The Herbaliser), Boca 45, Dom Servini, Pete Issac, DJ Griff, Sam Russo, Future Garden, Loose People, Jellyjazz, 45 Live, Trifle Gathering, Hotch Potch, and The Big Gay Disco, with more special guest still to be announced.

The early bird offer has ended. Tickets are priced at £60 for the weekend including camping, plus booking fee. The campsite has showers and a camp side café.

The masked ball is a bi-annual event that actively raises money for a number of local causes including the Porthleven Christmas Lights Fund, Surfers Against Sewage, St Kevern Christmas Lights, and The Pants Charity based in Falmouth.
