The second wave of acts have been announced for next year's Download Festival which happens at Donington Park over the weekend of Friday 12th to Sunday 14th June 2015.

Headlining the Saturday, and making their first appearance at Download will be Muse. On their debut appearance the band said:, "We're really looking forward to Download. We’ve never played the festival before so it’s going to be really special."

Main support will come from alt-funk-rap-metal pioneers Faith No More, returning to the festival for the first time since their comeback in 2009. Also making a return to Download as second stage headliner is Marilyn Manson whose new album 'Pale Emperor' is set for its first UK festival outing at Donington.

Manson added, "It's been a few years since I’ve been at download. The Pale Emperor will rise and I was born to cause chaos."

Also confirmed for the middle day of the three day event is A Day To Remember playing Download for the fifth time.

Friday's first acts were announced yesterday as headliners Slipknot, plus Judas Priest, Black Stone Cherry, & Five Finger Death Punch.

Sunday's headliners and acts will be revealed tomorrow, with tickets going on sale at 9am on Thursday 20th November priced at £170 for the weekend (3 days), £195 with 3 nights camping, and £205 with five nights camping. We'll have links to buy when on sale.

Download festival will feature round 150 acts across five stages for the three days of the festival, at Donington Park, the UK's spiritual home of rock!
