Isle of Wight Festival has now sold out of day tickets for Saturday 14th June 2014, featuring the only UK performance of the year from Red Hot Chili Peppers.

John Giddings, the Festival’s promoter said, "I am hardly surprised that the Saturday day tickets are the first to sell out.The level of excitement for the Red Hot Chili Peppers has been huge since we announced their exclusive appearance this summer, but there are 99 other bands ( at least ) to enjoy, so come on the Thursday and make it a long weekend - mon the biff."

Biffy Clyro will headline the Friday night, the Red Hot Chili Peppers who headline Saturday, and Kings Of Leon who headline Sunday.

Also confirmed are Travis, Clean Bandit, The Specials, John Newman, Deap Vally, Nina Nesbitt, The Horrors, Gorgon City, The Strypes, The Polyphonic Spree, From The Jam, Neon Jungle, Swim Deep, Chloe Howl, The Selecter, Duke Dumont, Peace, July Talk, The Move, Dappy, Lawson, The Vamps, Calvin Harris, Rudimental, Passenger, The 1975, and The Waterboys.
