Tom Odell for Portsmouth's Victorious Festival

Tom Odell, and Ocean Colour Scene have been announced as the headliners of the second stage at Victorious Festival which takes place on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th August (bank holiday weekend) at Portsmouth's Southsea Common.

The 'Another Love' singer, who comes from Chichester, will perform on the first day, with Ocean Colour Scene taking to the stage the following day as an English summer festival exclusive.

They join Seasick Steve, Dizzee Rascal, Razorlight, Naughty Boy, Shed Seven, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, The Pigeon Detectives, Scouting For Girls, British Sea Power, Sub Focus, Dan Le Sac Vs. Scroobius Pip, Lucy Spraggan, Menswear, Swim Deep, 2manydjs, Foy Vance, Beans On Toast, Public Service Broadcasting, Slow Club, X-Press 2, Mark Morriss (The Bluetones), Johnny Borrell & Zazou, and many more.
