Ferocious Dog, and Doggen All Star Band are the first acts to be confirmed for Deerstock taking place from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th July 2014, at a new venue at Newton in Nottinghamshire.

There will be over 30 bands on two stages featuring a variety of musical styles, plus this year there's the ‘Stage in the Glade’ for casual buskers and singers.

Tickets will be on sale as soon. An early bird ticket is priced at £35 for adults, £25 for those aged 11 to 17 years, and children aged under 11 years can attend free with an accompanying adult for the weekend including 3 nights camping.

Charities to be supported will be Notts & Lincs Air Ambulance, The Lee Bonsall Memorial Fund and Teenage Cancer Trust. The charity based festival has ran for two years raising nearly £10k for charity and is now up and running to fundraise for 2014.

The event offers real ale as well as various food outlets and free camping (with a quiet area for families). The aim of Deerstock is not only to raise money for Charity but a chance for people with young families to enjoy a real festival atmosphere in a safe and very small environment.
