Rock legend Robert Plant, and Irish chart toppers Little Green Cars lead the latest acts announced for Ireland's Electric Picnic.

Electric Picnic returns to celebrate 10 years from Friday 30th August to Sunday 1st September at Stradbally Hall Estate, Co Laois - less than an hour from Dublin, and will also be host to John Grant, Ellie Goulding, The Beat, Miles Kane, Crystal Fighters, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Big Black Delta, Cayucas, Charli XCX, Chrome Sparks, Dawes, Factory Floor, Gavin James, Lady Lamb the Beekeeper, Lulu James, Matthew E. White, Night Beds, No Ceremony, Space Dimension Controller, Terri Hooley, and Valerie June.

Already confirmed are Fatboy Slim, Bjork, Arctic Monkeys, My Bloody Valentine, The Knife, Franz Ferdinand, Wu Tang Clan, David Byrne and St Vincent, Disclosure, Noah & the Whale, Warpaint, Eels, The Walkmen, Hurts, Johnny Marr, Mick Flannery, Ocean Colour Scene, Tiga, Black Uhuru, The Strypes, Hudson Mohawke, Savages, Baauer, Polica, Chvrches, Palma Violets, The 1975, Parquet Courts, Deap Valley, Ms Mr, Peace, Merchandise, Mano Le Tough, Mount Kimbie, Blondes, Clinic, Nina Nesbitt, Soak, Dublin Gospel Choir, and Luke Sital-Singh, with more to be announced.

Ireland's complete music and arts festival offers an array of fine music, theatre, comedy, holistic health and art. Musically it's a more eclectic mix of artists than the other Irish mainstream events. As well as loads of comedy, spoken world, a range of stages, lots of site art and many areas to explore with plenty of catering options and all the normal facilities you'd expect at a festival, and an an emphasis on eco-friendly initiatives.

The festival will also feature Comedy & Spoken Word, Arts & Theatrics, the Arcadia area, Fosset's Circus, Art Trail, the Body & Soul area, Global Green & Greencrafts, the Eco Picnic, and Amnesty Ireland.

Early bird tickets are priced at 189.50 euros for an adult weekend or family weekend ticket. Day tickets are priced at 85 euros for Sunday. If you can prove you have been to 3 or more Picnics then the price is 149.50 euros, or 169.50 euros if you can prove you have been before.
