Devon surfer Ben Howard, Basement Jaxx, and The Vaccines lead the first acts confirmed for this summer's Boardmasters happening from Wednesday 7th to Sunday 11th August 2013.

The weekend headliners will be joined by Everything Everything, Grandmaster Flash, Delphic, Little Comets, Clean Bandit, Cosmo Jarvis, The Other Tribe, Dusky, T Williams, Bondax, Gorgon City, Monki, Maribou City, Panda, and Eton Messy DJs. All confirmed for the event which takes place over five days at a cliff-top location overlooking Watergate Bay, in Cornwall featuring music across nine stages. Boardmasters is held on three sites across Newquay offering action sports including surf, skate, bmx, plus daily live music acts and the music festival.

The line-up for either the Beach Sessions or the Daytime Music Sessions has not yet been announced, and tickets for these separately ticketed events are not yet on sale.

This year sees the introduction of a third night of the music festival at Watergate Bay. An adult weekend ticket for the three days from Friday 9th to Sunday 11th August 2013 is priced at £99, and £109 with camping. Deposit options are available. Day Tickets and Beach Sessions tickets will bre available at a later date. A weekend car park pass is £10, and a campervan pass is priced at £25. Children aged 10 years and under can attend free but require a ticket.
