Feeder have had to pull out of today's appearance on the Radio 1 / NME Stage at T in the Park due to illness.

Feeder vocalist Grant Nicholas said, "I'm absolutely gutted to have to pull out of these shows and my sincere apologies go out to all our fans attending. I have an infection and my doctor has diagnosed me with laryngitis, so performing this weekend is not an option. If I did, I'd badly damage my voice. We'll miss the ever-brilliant Scottish crowd, especially as they're so up for it, but we're now looking forward to coming back to Glasgow for the Generation Freakshow tour in November."

This weekend's line-up includes headliners Snow Patrol, The Stone Roses and Kasabian. T in the Park 2012 opened its gates yesterday (Thursday) for a four-day weekend. On site will be Healthy T offering fans a chance to refuel with the fresh festival cuisine, relax with a massage or soak up the sun on the picnic benches. Also on offer is Refresh which offers a pamper parlour that's equipped with mirrors, hair dryers and straighteners, plus posh flushing loos and a luxurious salon-standard hair washing facility.

Tickets for T in the Park are priced as follows:

A full weekend camping ticket (Fri-Sun arena access) £189
A full weekend with Thursday camping (Thurs - Sun) £199
A weekend (Fri-Sun) with no camping £179
A Saturday or Sunday day ticket £77.50
Friday only £70

No under 5s. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult 21+ with a full priced ticket.
