Bruce Forsyth will make his first ever festival appearance with his big band at the fifth The Hop Farm Music Festival which will take place in Kent from Friday 29th June until Sunday 1st July 2012. All three headliners are UK exclusives.

Talking of the booking of one of the UK's most durable stars who has now been in show business for eight decades organiser Vince Power said, "I am honoured to have the legend that is Sir Bruce come down and make his debut appearance at the Hop Farm this year. Not only as he never appeared at a festival he's never been to a festival. He has been in this business for over 70 years and is a true, true legend, he will be the talking point of the festival."

Other acts announced for Hop Farm's four stages include Bob Dylan, Peter Gabriel & The New Blood Orchestra, and Suede have been announced as headliners. All three headliners are UK exclusives. Hop Farm will take place in Paddock Wood, Kent in 400 acres of unspoilt Kent countryside, and has no VIP area, so everyone has the same experience, there's no registration, no sponsorship, and no branding.

Early bird weekend tickets are priced at £150 (see below) and children under 12 go in for free. To buy tickets, click here.

The 1st 10k have nearly sold out so from 9am on Wednesday 18th April the weekend ticket will be rise to £162. Day Tickets will also go on sale on Wednesday at 9am. The first 5,000 will be priced at £55 per day. The day tickets include parking, but does not include camping. If you wish to camp you have to purchase the weekend ticket. Camping will not be sold separately.
