There are no other acts confirmed yet for the festivals three stages which include the BBC introducing stage, headliners for the 3,500 capacity event are due to be anonunced soon.

Villagers from around the Vale of Pewsey, in Wiltshire, were awarded a £433k grant through Village SOS to take over their local pub, the Barge Inn. Honeyfest was the result. The 2012 event will see Honeyfest flourish on a new site, supporting local artists rejuvenating rural and village life.

Thinking Local is a big part of Honeyfest. Local music talent is supported with the 'Battle of the Bands' competition winners being given their chance on the big stage. Locally produced food and drink, sold alongside other items and services from local suppliers, is central to the ethos of the festival. Local volunteers make up a percentage of the festivals staff. 2012 will maintain the theme of Village SOS, along with the continued association with the Barge Inn Community Project.

Unfortunately this year there is no camping on the festival site, however, the nearby Barge Inn has a campsite and they are also running a shuttle bus to and from the festival. Book early to avoid disappointment. There are also other campsites and other accommodation options in the vicinity.

Tickets are priced at £39 with parking an additional £5, last year they sold out. To buy tickets, click here
