tickets on sale today for Arctic Monkeys in Sheffield

Tickets go on sale from 9am today for Arctic Monkeys two outdoor Sheffield shows at the Sheffield Don Valley Bowl on Friday 10th and Saturday 11th June 2011.

The line-up sees Arctic Monkeys, joined on the bill by Alex Turner's Last Shadow Puppets bandmate Miles Kane on both days. Friday's bill also includes The Vaccines, and Dead Sons, with Saturday's line-up including Anna Calvi, and Mabel Love.

Tickets are priced at £32.50 and will go on sale from 9am today.

The two dates are billed as 'for the fans' and the following rules have been put in place to ensure that tickets do not get sold on in the secondary market and fans do not end up paying a higher price for their tickets.

The lead ticket buyer will be asked to present ID and the card used during the booking to gain entry into the venue. Failure to do so will result in the customer being turned away and no refunds will be issued. There are no exceptions to this rule.

The surname of the lead booker and the last four digits of the card used to make the booking will be printed on each ticket. The surname and card details cannot be changed once the booking has been made.

If more than one ticket is made on a booking all guests must arrive at the concert at the same time. Failure to do so will result in the guests being turned away.

All tickets will be scanned at the entry to the concert.

Tickets cannot be resold or transferred under any circumstances. If See or SJM Concerts reasonably believe this to be the case the barcode on the ticket will be invalidated, prohibiting entry to the concert.
