headlining Northern Ireland's bank holiday festival

Athlete, Razorlight, and The Divine Comedy have been confirmed as the headliners for Northern Ireland's Lark in the Park held over the may day bank holiday weekend from Friday 29th April to Sunday 1st May 2011 at Moira Demesne, in Moira.

The event will feature five stages of live music featuring a line-up of over 80 bands, a dance arena, an overnight silent disco, continental market, funfair, boutique, family camping and kids' area and beer festival.

Athlete headline the Friday with support from InMe, mojoFURY, Noise Control, and another act to be announced.

Saturday sees Johnny Borrell's Razorlight headline a line-up featuring Cashier no 9, Furlo, Colenso Parade, Microlip, A Plastic Rose, Indigo Fury, and High-Output.

The Divine Comedy close the three day event with support from Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, Foy Vance, Kyle John Suckling, The Beat Poets, Belfast Community Gospel Choir, Silhouette, and Katie And The Carnival.

Tickets are priced at £99 for a weekend camping ticket or £40 for a day ticket. Family tickets are priced at £198 for 2 Adults + 3 children. Tickets go on sale on Friday 4th February 2011. To buy tickets on Friday, click here.

There will also be a dedicated family camping area. The campsite has its own dedicated gateway from the carpark which will be open all day Friday & Saturday but closed on Sunday.

A dedicated camping area beside the arena entrance which will have a track way to aid wheelchair access from tents, close to the medical staff. This will be a dedicated area within the campsite where cars can be parked park beside tents, these must be moved to the car park afterwards. Email [email protected] with any queries.
